In U.S.
Central/STORM tools should be sent directly to:

Brief description of the problem with the tool/light
If requesting warranty repair, include proof of purchase.
If an estimate is required before repair work can be done, it must be noted in the paperwork sent in with the repair. To obtain a verbal estimate, contact Customer Service at 800-866-5287.
All Central/STORM tools will be repaired and returned UPS C.O.D. unless otherwise noted in paperwork sent in with repair.
Acceptable payment - C.O.D. - check/money order - credit card.
Check/money order or credit card number can be included with repair.
Repair charge includes return ground freight. There is an additional
UPS charge for C.O.D., currently at $.00 per package.
